RED British Fashion Magazine Photo Shoot
What a crazy day at the beach that ended up being. I get a call from the site coordinator here in Hawaii asking me if I am available, payment amount the usual for the bus. I show up at Waimanalo Beach Park to a mixture of locals, kids and several people with British accents. After listening to the lead female model make comments about what she was going to eat for lunch, I finally asked her where she was from. London. Then she proceeds to tell me that the shoot is for a very prestigious British fashion magazine called “RED”. OK I then make friends with here “traveling” partner who later I find out is number 2 in the company. We talk about Hawaii, the bus and the “reach” of her magazine. All I can say is “WoW” more that Vogue ! in distribution. Below is one of the shots that appeared in RED magazine which gives you an idea of the diversity of using the bus for your photography needs.
